The Role

while spotting new opportunities, building relationships, and expanding our presence in the Emirates and beyond.

You’re part creative producer, part technologist, and part entrepreneur. You understand the nuts and bolts of interactive production, thrive in client-facing roles, and love turning vision into reality.

What You’ll Be Doing (And Who We’re Looking For)

  • Production Leadership:
    You’ll lead projects from concept to delivery, scoping timelines, assembling teams, and keeping creative and technical workflows aligned.
  • Client & Partner Relations:
    You’re a connector. You’ll help identify and nurture new business leads, pitch bold ideas, and represent borabora in client meetings and industry events.
  • Technical Know-How:
    You speak both tech and creative. You can communicate with devs, designers, and clients alike. Familiarity with real-time engines (Unreal, Unity, Notch), AV hardware, and interactive systems is a big plus.
  • Strategic Growth:
    You’ll help shape how borabora grows in the Emirates and middle east - finding partnerships, local collaborators, and unique opportunities that align with our vision.
  • Creative Collaboration:
    You’ll work closely with our global team of technologists, designers, and developers to ensure high-quality, forward-thinking output.
  • Solution-Oriented:
    You’re a fixer, a planner, and a doer. You keep calm in the chaos and always find a way forward especially when building something that hasn’t been done before.

Bonus Points If You…

  • Have experience producing interactive, experiential, or live digital events.
  • Understand local market dynamics in the Emirates or broader GCC.
  • Have a network in cultural, tech, or agency circles in the region.
  • Speak Arabic or German (besides fluent English).
  • Have touched AR/VR, spatial computing, or sensor-based projects.

Remote Work or Home Office?

We are a physical-first company as we build IRL experiences, all our team members are located close to our offices. We encourage non-media breaking meetings. Meaning all physical, or all online.

Fridays

During Summer Fridays, spanning from the last Monday of May to the first Monday of September, we encourage our team to conclude their workday early, fostering a balance between work and leisure.

Self Control and self management

Most decisions can be taken by our teammembers, Creditcard allowances, travel, purchases, taking time off. If it feels right, it usually is.
