We’re growing—and as we expand our operations in Cologne, Barcelona, and Dubai, we’re looking for a sharp, organized, and detail-loving Part-Time Accountant to help keep our creative chaos financially sound.

The Role: Part-Time Accountant

Location: Cologne, Barcelona, or Dubai (Hybrid or Remote)

We’re looking for a part-time accountant to support our studios in Europe and the Emirates. You’ll work with our operations team to ensure that our financial systems are smooth, transparent, and compliant—so our creatives can stay focused on building wild, ambitious work.

This is a flexible role, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, precision, and supporting creative businesses behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Financial Administration: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, bank reconciliations, and bookkeeping.
• Multi-Country Operations: Handle financial operations across our entities in Germany, Spain, USA and the UAE—understanding local tax and accounting requirements (and working with local advisors).
• Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare regular financial reports and assist with project-level budgets and financial forecasts.
• Compliance & Filing: Support the timely preparation of tax filings, payroll coordination, and year-end financials.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our operations lead, project managers, and external tax advisors.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial administration.
• Familiarity with international accounting standards and processes are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple currencies and tax systems.
• Fluent in English; German, Spanish, or Arabic is a plus.
• Comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, etc.).
• Proactive, organized, and a good communicator - especially when working with a distributed team.
