Embark on a journey through the rich legacy of Beiersdorf

The renowned German company behind household such as NIVEA, EUCERIN, HANSAPLAST. Within the newly constructed campus lies the Beiersdorf Heritage Room, a testament to over a century of innovation, tradition, excellence and also, a ton of content! Tasked by our partner ,simple we were entrusted with the UX, design and development of interactive exhibits that seamlessly weave together the brand's storied history, inviting visitors to delve into its narrative like never before. 

Interactive Exhibits Unveiled

The visitor journey in the Heritage Room begins with the PEOPLE exhibit, which consists of a replica of the original pharmacy shelf and an innovative transparent OLED panel combined with RFID tags. After onboarding, visitors can explore more in-depth content such as brand stories and activate Magical Moments on the 65" MOMENTS interactive token table. A creamy real-time shader developed in Unity suits the interaction on brand.
The PLACES exhibit shows the locations of all the brands by simply rotating the sphere. And the interactive PICTURES installation allows visitors to intuitively swipe and explore the brand's complete image and video data, to filter content based on preferences using tokens.

From the humble beginnings of visionary entrepreneurs to the global success of a beloved care empire, each animation serves as a window into the past, illuminating the connections and milestones that define Beiersdorf’s enduring legacy.
