The Role
We’re on the hunt for a creative and passionate Art Director / Motion Designer / 3D Generalist / VFX Artist who loves creating super kick ass content, particle systems, and bringing digital experiences to life. Whether you’re into full-time gigs or freelance flexibility, let’s talk.
What You’ll Be Doing (And Who We’re Looking For)
- Art & Motion Direction: Lead the visual development and motion language of projects across XR, immersive, and experiential formats.
- Real-Time Engine Expertise: Build and direct scenes using Unreal Engine, Unity, Notch, or TouchDesigner—with a deep understanding of shaders, VFX graphs, real-time lighting, materials, and optimization.
- 3D & Motion Design: Animate, design, and render using Blender, Cinema4D, or Houdini, creating polished motion sequences and responsive visuals.
- Prototyping & R&D: Quickly iterate and prototype interactive visuals, exploring tools like Azure Kinect, Realsense, Zed2, WebGL, and computer vision.
- Creative Collaboration: Work side by side with developers, technologists, and creative teams to build cohesive, immersive experiences.
- Tinkerer's Mindset: Research, experiment, and explore unconventional approaches. If you’re not breaking things, you’re not pushing far enough.
Ideal Skills & Background
- Deep hands-on experience with either Blender, Cinema4D, Maya, Max & Unreal Engine, especially with real-time VFX, particle systems, and custom shaders
- Strong portfolio of motion work and immersive/interactive projects
- Familiarity with Notch, TouchDesigner, or other real-time VJ/design tools is a plus
- Solid grasp of animation principles, design systems, and visual storytelling
- Experience in creative direction, motion pipelines, and delivering for multi-platform or physical environments
- Bonus: Familiarity with creative coding frameworks

Remote Work or Home Office?
We are a physical-first company as we build IRL experiences, all our team members are located close to our offices. We encourage non-media breaking meetings. Meaning all physical, or all online.
Fridays
During Summer Fridays, spanning from the last Monday of May to the first Monday of September, we encourage our team to conclude their workday early, fostering a balance between work and leisure.
Self Control and self management
Most decisions can be taken by our teammembers, Creditcard allowances, travel, purchases, taking time off. If it feels right, it usually is.
